UI route, option, output, and failure claims come from real packaged-app captures. Image properties come from the bundled ImageMagick `identify` command. The draft distinguishes pixel dimensions from DPI, notes the observed 16-to-8-bit and alpha-to-opaque changes, and avoids universal size or visual-quality claims.

Only the committed synthetic fixtures were exercised. CMYK, LAB, tiled/big TIFF, very large scans, unusual compression, orientation tags, embedded profiles, and malformed files were not tested.
